ICONLOOP will be working with the Jeju Tourism Association and Jeju Industry-University Convergence Center to promote safer tourism in the resort island of Jeju.
ICONLOOP announced Wednesday it had signed a business agreement with the other two entities at a signing ceremony in Jeju.
In particular, the three sides agreed to closely cooperate to make local tourism safer by using ICONLOOP’s DID service Zzeung.
Zzeung provides “Jeju Safety Code,” the locally popular contract tracing service co-developed by ICONLOOP and Jeju’s provincial government, as well as a vaccination certificate service and other entry control services.
ICONLOOP will be developing and providing additional services to promote traveler convenience and improve the business environment for entities in the tourism industry based on its cooperation with the Jeju Tourism Association and Jeju Industry-University Convergence Center.
ICONLOOP CEO JH Kim said he expects Zzeung to play an important role in developing Jeju’s tourist industry and promoting tourist convenience, along with Jeju Safety Code.
He also pledged to work to promote mutual development with the Jeju Tourism Association and Jeju Industry-University Convergence Center.
