Last month, ICON released some updates to its ICON Incentives Scoring System in which they restricted P-Reps’ authority and no longer allowed them to decide rewards received by DApps, EEPs and voting ICONists. Since it was very technical, The Iconist broke it down in layman’s terms a few days later.
